Emma Connor is a tremendous singer songwriter, on first listen her songs were clearly world class and I was totally blown away with her set for The Hen House Presents Acoustic Sessions!

Emma is a 23 year old alternative singer songwriter based in Manchester. With influences ranging from alternative rock, to country, to good old-fashioned pop, her sound encompasses powerful vocals and classic acoustic guitar.

After 4 years studying linguistics at university and honing her skills, Emma has returned to Manchester to work the local music scene and release her debut EP, Stage Lights. Her style reflects her linguistic roots with a heavy focus on the lyrical content of her songs and her first EP tackles subjects like her struggle with anxiety, the ups and downs and relationships and the joy that can be found in good friends.
